How does it work?

When you buy a NOW Subscription, you open a patron account with NOW. Once the payment is made, you can process tickets when they become available. Your subscription privileges will automatically apply, including the 15% discount for tickets purchased for friends and family.

  • Premium Subscription is $150/person for seats at the premium pricing tier. 
    ($112.50 for students age 18+ with valid student ID, and $75 for children under 18)  

  • General Subscription is $108/person for seats at the middle pricing tier. 
    ($81 for students age 18+ (with valid student ID), and $54 for children under age 18)

What are the patron benefits of becoming a NOW Subscriber? 

  • When you become a NOW Subscriber, you receive a 15% discount. 

  • We hand-pick a section of the best seats and reserve it for our Premium NOW Subscribers. Your Premium Subscription unlocks access, so you can get great seats next to other Premium NOW Subscribers. 

  • You can redeem your NOW Subscription tickets a few weeks before they become available to the general public.  

  • If you decide to invite friends or family to a NOW event, you will be able to buy additional tickets at a 15% discount. (Please note that your parties may not be able to seat together depending on the availability of the seats.) 

  • Attend an open rehearsal to see the behind-the-scenes magic of how a NOW concert comes together. 

  • Subscriptions help NOW continue our work in innovative programming and meaningful community outreach by ensuring that a critical number of seats are purchased and we have a healthy cash flow to operate. It’s a win-win!

  • A: Yes, you can buy as many NOW Subscriptions as you’d like! Please note that the number of subscriptions is the number of tickets you can redeem per concert. For example, if you have two NOW Subscriptions, you can redeem two tickets per concert.  

  • A: Yes, you need an account in OvationTix, our ticket processing platform.  

    If you already have an account, log in by clicking here, and click “Use normal login.” If you forgot the password, use the “forgot password?” button to reset your password. 

    If you don’t already have an account with us, then our system automatically creates an account with the email address you use to process your NOW Subscription. Access our subscriber platform by clicking here, and click “Use normal login.” Then use the “forgot password?” button and type the email address you used when purchasing the subscription. You will receive an email with instructions. 

    If you don’t already have an account on NOW’s ticketing platform and don’t explicitly create one when purchasing the Season Package, then our system automatically creates an account with the email address you used to process the package. You can set a password by clicking here, and click “Use normal login.” Then use the “forgot password?” button and type the email address you used when purchasing the Season Package. You will receive an email with instructions. 

  • A: You can redeem the tickets a few weeks before they are available to the general public. You will receive an email notification when the ticket redemption period begins. We will send multiple notifications to make sure our subscribers get the best seating they deserve! 

  • A: When it’s time to redeem, log in to your account on our ticketing platform. Then, click the event you’d like to attend and pick a seat in an eligible section. It will show the "NOW Subscriber" ticket price is $0.

  • A: All sales are final, however, you can gift your ticket to someone else. It is a great way to introduce NOW to your network and it is easy to do.  Type in your guest’s information into the “Name on Ticket” and the “List of Attendees” sections of the cart. (Please note that while the confirmation email will be automatically sent to you, your guests will receive the pre-show emails.) If you have already redeemed your tickets for an event but can’t attend, please contact the NOW Box Office at box-office@neworchestraofwashington.org. We are here to help! 

  • A: When you buy a NOW Subscription, you are providing us with cash flow and financial bump earlier in the season. More importantly, it helps us understand what our most loyal audience members like and value. This understanding is critical for us to continue to grow, innovate, and expand in the years to come.
