Q: Can I buy multiple subscriptions?

A: Yes, you can definitely buy as many season subscription packages as you’d like! Please note that the number of subscription packages is the number of tickets you can redeem per concert.

Q: I bought my subscription package. What now?

A: Our system automatically created an account with the email address you used to process the package. If you don’t already have an account on NOW’s ticketing platform, you do now! You can manage your subscription package and redeem tickets simply by logging into your account.

Q: When can I redeem the tickets?

A: There are two ways you can redeem your tickets.

First, you can do that within the subscription purchase process. This is similar to how we reserve airline seats when we buy airline tickets.

If you are not ready to reserve tickets, you can finish purchasing the subscription package first and come back later to redeem your tickets at your convenience. Please note however, that the earlier you do this process, the more chance you will be able to book your favorite seats at the Kennedy center.

Q: Is it possible to get a smaller package or buy tickets to only one event?

A: At the moment, we only offer the Full Season Package and the 2+2 Season Package. Single tickets will be available in the fall.

Q: I bought the season subscription but my schedule changed and I am not able to make it to the concert. Is it possible to get a refund?

A: All sales are final however, you can transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. You can also donate them back to NOW and we will use them to invite those who cannot afford regular concert tickets.

Q: Are there any other purchase options than one lump payment?
