Chuck Levin’s Washington Music Center is a family-owned and operated music instrument and equipment store located in Wheaton, MD. We are one of the largest single-location musical instrument stores in the United States and the largest servicing the Washington D.C. Metro Area. Although they started as a small mom-and-pop shop in Washington D.C. on H Street, we now occupy four warehouses and two showroom buildings with four on-site repair shops and a dedicated event space.
Parking is extremely limited onsite, but many garages surround the venue (visit garage map). The Wheaton Metro station is located just two blocks away. Additionally, street parking is available starting 5 blocks away on Kensington Blvd. Please plan ahead!

Home of the previous Mexican Embassy, this beautiful mansion now serves as a museum, venue, and education center. After over six decades of having its offices at the 16th Street Mansion, the Embassy of Mexico moved to a new building on Pennsylvania Avenue in 1989 making it possible for the Institute to establish its residence. The walls are beautifully ornate with the works of Cueva del Río’s painting style, which is very much in the Rivera tradition.
Parking is extremely limited on site, but street parking is available. The closest metro station, Columbia Heights is approximately 4 blocks from the venue.

Westmoreland, where the New Orchestra of Washington was formed, has proven to be a wonderful venue for chamber orchestra concerts. Audience reviews from goldstar.com continually offer positive reflections of the group and location due to the intimate nature of the space.
Street parking is available on Massachusetts Ave. across from Westmoreland Church out to the Baptist Church and beyond. Many adjacent sides streets have parking as well. Wherever you park, please pay attention to all parking signs, and be careful not to block neighbors’ driveways or sight lines. In addition to parking on roads adjacent to the church (Dalecarlia Dr., Duvall Dr. and one side of Wetherill Dr.), there is 3 hour parking on the DC side of Western Ave.
